What types of events can I create?
You can publish tournaments, training sessions, and other bowling events. Each event can have one or more rounds, each with its own capacity, entry fee, and registration deadline.
How do I publish an event?
- Make sure you have the Tournament organizer role — request it on the Request role page in your account settings (you give a reason and a BOWLMINE administrator approves the request; the role is available from age 18).
- Go to the organizer zone and sign in.
- Create your event — enter the name, venue, type, and description.
- Add rounds — set capacity, price, and the registration deadline for each round.
- Publish — your event appears in the calendar immediately and players can start signing up.
How do participants sign up?
Players sign up directly on the event page — no BOWLMINE account required. They fill in their first name, last name, phone number, and email address. Optionally they can agree to receive invitations to your future events.
How do I manage sign-ups?
In the event overview in the organizer zone you can see the full list of registered participants with their contact details and registration status. You can add, edit, or cancel individual entries manually. The participant list can also be exported.
Can I link my event to a specific bowling center?
Yes. When creating an event, you can select a venue from the BOWLMINE center directory. The event will then appear on that center's page as well.
